1. B2B Wholesale Orders

  • All transactions on this platform are conducted strictly on a Business-to-Business (B2B) basis. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are acting as a duly authorized representative of a registered business entity.

  • Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) and wholesale pricing terms apply to all product categories as specified on individual product pages or wholesale agreements.

2. Pricing, Modifications, and Availability

  • We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue wholesale products, specifications, or pricing at any time without prior notice.

  • Published wholesale prices do not include local taxes, import duties, or customs clearance fees, which remain the sole responsibility of the buyer under agreed commercial terms.

3. Order Acceptance and Fulfillment

  • All purchase orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation by Lumina Smart Store. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel commercial orders at our discretion.

  • Delivery terms are strictly executed on DDU (INCOTERMS) basis, covering the cost of products and transportation to the buyer's designated warehouse.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All commercial content, product media, text, graphics, and data provided on this site are the exclusive property of Lumina Smart Store and protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized commercial duplication or distribution is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • Lumina Smart Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages—including loss of business revenue, operational downtime, or procurement costs—arising from the use of our products or services.

  • Our aggregate liability for any commercial claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the buyer for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

  • These Terms of Service and any commercial agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial standards and general business regulations.
